Requirements for Enrollment at Tomorrow's Promise Christian School

• Fill out and submit an Enrollment Application.
• Complete a tour of TPCS.
• Submit a Physician's Report filled out by your child's Doctor. (May be submitted ten (10) days prior to enrollment if your child has not left the country in the last six (6) months.)
• Fill our and submit the following forms prior to enrollment: Identification & Emergency Information, Child's Preadmission Health History - Parent, Consent for Medical Treatment, Notification of Parent's Rights, Personal Rights, & a TPCS Admission Agreement.
• Pay Enrollment Fee, Supply Fee & One (1) full month's tuition prior to start date.
